The Printworks Margate is a mixed-use studio in the heart of Margate’s new Art District.

The Victorian building dates from around 1870, and was built by the proprietor of the Isle of Thanet Gazette as the printing works for his paper.  This venture, by resident architects Liddicoat & Goldhill, sees it transformed into a creative hub, housing individual studios for a community of creative practitioners, a café, a yoga/pilates studio and an exhibition/event space.

Current residents include award-winning architects, stylists, musicians and filmmakers.
